Guidance on what is required

The paper must include: 

  • The paper should be written in an academic style
  • 300-word introduction and context setting
  • The section which defines the concepts/paradigms being used to analyse the case study
  • A number of sections which critically evaluate the literature on the chosen concepts, identifying their main features, characteristics or key uses.  These should be based on relevant literature, research or theory and fully referenced using the Harvard Format.
  • Following discussion of theoretical concepts, there should be a number of paragraphs where this theory is applied to the situation within the case, using it to analyse and evaluate actions, responses, behavior, etc and to draw conclusions about possible reasons, explanations, weaknesses etc. 
  • A section of about a page should summaries the conclusions that have been drawn and make recommendations to improve the situation, basing these on referenced theory.
  • In-text references should be provided and a full list of references using the Harvard format.
  • No cutting and pasting from websites of any kind is permitted,
  • No copying or plagiarism is permitted

As a business consultant read the hyperlinked case study and produce a report of 2500 word  that contains the following:  

  • Summarise the case study  
  • Present a force field analysis to illustrate the drivers and restraining forces of change. 
  • Critically evaluate the change management theory, using academic sources and making reference to the traits and characteristics that would assist the newly-appointed SET change manager. 
  • Critically evaluate internal and external business environment that SET need to keep in their mind while implementing changing.  
  • Select  a  recognised  change  management/operations  management  model and operationalise the stages of the model with the context of SET to support the manager’s plans. 
  • Incorporate  a  section  in  your  plan  that  makes  reference  to  the  impact  of change  on  the  performance  of  people  when  change  is  imposed  within  the workplace
  • Briefly summarise your key points and proposals for future developments.
